Michael Norris
Founder
Michael earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Charles Community College before completing his studies at Missouri State University, graduating in 2019 with a major in Administrative Management. From 2021 to 2026, he served as Director of Operations at Len’s Auto Repair, where he oversaw business strategy and day-to-day operations. With prior experience in marketing and a passion for building websites, Michael enjoys blending creativity and business management to help brands grow. Outside of work, he’s a proud dog dad to Oakley, a Pitbull/Rottweiler mix, and Paisley, a playful new boxer puppy.
Wendy Berry
Founder
With over 30 years of experience working closely with large retail companies and local businesses, Wendy has cultivated a deep understanding of what drives growth and engagement in the local market. Her passion lies in helping businesses through effective websites, engaging social media strategies, and cohesive branding efforts.
